My name is Kim and I have been honored to hold my position as a senior loan officer in our Clear Lake office. I have been in the mortgage industry since 1990, and it has been such an amazing opportunity to help our community. I have been privileged to be a Top Producer multiple years.

I began processing loans for several years, and then began originating loans in 1995. It is truly a blessing to be able to help people on a personal level to achieve their dream of owning their own home. I take pride in treating each loan with the upmost importance, and giving it the individual attention it needs. Our funding process is seamless and top in the industry. Hometrust works very hard to make the entire process one that is enjoyed, and we hope to not only gain a client in the process but also a friend in the end.

I've always called Texas home. I grew up in the Rio Grande Valley and attended college at Sam Houston University. I earned a BBA with a focus in business management and was a member of Chi Omega Sorority. Outside of the office, I enjoy my family, exercising, visiting the beach and loving on my church family.
